5. WHATSAPP BUSINESS API COMPLIANCE
DIGITHOOK provides access to official WhatsApp Business API solutions. Approval, verification, template approvals, messaging limits, quality ratings, account restrictions, or account bans are solely determined by Meta and WhatsApp.
DIGITHOOK does not guarantee:
• WhatsApp Business Account approval.
• Meta Business Verification approval.
• Template approval.
• Message delivery rates.
• Lead generation, sales, or business results.
6. ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. DIGITHOOK shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access resulting from your actions or negligence.
7. FEES, BILLING AND REFUNDS
• All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Subscription charges, setup fees, and usage charges are non-refundable.
• WhatsApp conversation charges imposed by Meta are separate and may change without notice.
• Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, designs, branding, logos, text, graphics, and materials available through DIGITHOOK remain the exclusive property of DIGITHOOK or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including Meta, WhatsApp, payment gateways, CRM systems, and other software providers.
DIGITHOOK is not responsible for:
• Service interruptions caused by third parties.
• Policy changes made by third parties.
• Data loss or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIGITHOOK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service during the preceding three months.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DIGITHOOK, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
12. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion without prior notice if:

• Applicable laws are violated.
• Meta or WhatsApp policies are violated.
• Fraudulent or harmful activities are detected.
13. PRIVACY

14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
